For you Justin Jester… You're CORRECT in your belief that the state of Arkansas just wants to lock ll SO’s up for life… They do everything they can to force an SO to move out of state. If they will not, then they will create false charges just so they can employ the “two strikes” regulations the federal government created to incarcerate SO’s for life.
